ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If you are covered by an insurance other than those listed above, I will be considered an "out of network provider." This means that you will pay me directly for your appointments, and I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company. They will then reimburse you according to the terms of your individual plan. 

It is my goal to minimize barriers that would prevent you from accessing my services and I understand that it's hard to put a price on mental health and wellness. There is no charge for our initial conversation, during which we will set up an intake appointment. We will discuss costs and payments for services up front before you commit to ongoing visits with me so there will be no surprises.
